On in initial use, very impressed. Sleek sturdy and powerful. Obviously time will tell. Would have been four stars if it had had a normal USB connector rather than a male USB C ..Usually found on power or data leads plugging into an item, so on arrival had to purchase an adapter..Cheap but inconvenient. Would suggest including an adapter in the box or at least mentioning that one might be required. But a very good, well packaged, and presented piece of kit..

I was sceptical when my partner purchased the Suri Pro 2 version and whether the cost would be worth it, but after trying the more budget friendly Suri Core 1 I can definitely say I’m converted. Firstly, the design is very elegant and the green whilst subtle is a very nice colour. Secondly, the toothbrush is very light and feels lovely in your hand, something I thought I’d never say about a toothbrush!! It has two modes which is all you need to get that deep clean feeling so no more flicking through several modes you know you’ll never use each time you brush. The magnetic mount is also very practical and sleek - making it look even more premium. I'm not sure why the head on the green model isn't also green given they do make one in that colour though, the one in the package is white for some reason. The battery life is just brilliant and it will definitely last you at least 4 weeks - it gives me all the confidence I need to go travelling without the need to pack the chunky 2 prong chargers other electric toothbrushes require. That being said if you have an extended trip the charger for the Suri Core 1 is actually USB-C which is a lot more practical for travelling as you’ll more than likely already have the plug with you for your other electronic devices - the magnetic base for charging is also actually very small. The travel head cover is actually perfect and doesn’t take up any more space. Others I’ve used are never that secure but this one won’t budge. I actually think it’s a lot more practical than the case you get with the Pro model, as it’s a much more smaller and light weight option for travelling. I must say that it's definitely an upgrade from my old Oral B electric toothbrush, and worth that little bit extra of money. It’s much lighter, quieter, and much easier to keep clean. But still has the classic benefits of having a 2minute timer and pressure sensor. Also, compared to the Pro version, I think your still getting a lot, specifically the benefits that matter like battery life, mount and premium feel, so unless you have a strong desire for the UV clean & charge case, save your money and go for the Core 1. The Core 1 is definitely more reasonably priced and I would honestly recommend this toothbrush to everyone and I will never go back to my Oral B. Although replacement heads do cost £5 each I’ll happy pay it. I’m so happy with this product!!

Really impressed with this toothbrush. I’ve used a few electric toothbrushes over the years, but this one feels really well thought out and easy to use without loads of unnecessary features. The clean is excellent. My teeth feel noticeably smoother and cleaner after using it, and the pressure sensor is particularly useful because I have a tendency to brush far too hard. The 2 minute timer is also handy for making sure I’m actually spending enough time brushing rather than rushing through it. Battery life has been brilliant so far. I’ve barely had to think about charging it, and the USB C charging is really convenient. I also love how compact it is for travelling, especially with the travel cap. The magnetic mirror mount is a surprisingly good idea too. It keeps the toothbrush off the countertop and makes the bathroom look much tidier. Small thing, but I really appreciate it. It also feels nice knowing there’s some thought put into reducing waste with the plant based brush heads and recycling scheme. Overall, it’s a really good toothbrush that makes brushing feel effortless rather than like another chore. Comfortable, powerful, easy to travel with and the battery lasts ages. Very happy with it.

I love the whole SURI concept — the plant-based recyclable heads, the lack of unnecessary Bluetooth and displays, and the ultrasonic cleaning system. I'd bought a 2.0 version just a couple of days before this Core 1.0 became available, so was able to hand this one over to my teenage son, who was in dire need of a new toothbrush. His experience was interesting. Initially he found it quite uncomfortable coming from an older electric toothbrush, describing sore gums and a generally unpleasant experience. He stuck with it though, and after a few days now says his teeth both feel and look cleaner than before. He also described the brush itself as feeling “premium”, even compared with my aluminium-bodied 2.0 version. Personally, I'd choose the 2.0, but the Core 1.0 offers perhaps 95% of the SURI experience at a usefully lower price. Replacement heads aren't cheap compared with some of the brands with enormous marketing budgets, but SURI offers free recycling once you've collected four used heads. The same heads are also compatible with both the 1.0 and 2.0 brushes, which is particularly useful in our household. Overall, this seems like a very positive direction for electric toothbrushes, and this lower-cost version makes the SURI system accessible at a slightly more reasonable price.

I noticed my 98 yo mother was having trouble with her electric toothbrush, so I purchased a Suri toothbrush for her. (I’ve been using this brand for a couple years.) It’s much easier for her to operate, especially with her arthritic hands. I highly recommend this toothbrush!

Quite unfortunate that the package was visibly opened. Though the individual 3 items are still packaged inside the box. Using the new brush heads well!

Helps handicapped with brushing.

The refills work great. I’ll pay more attention to the color next time.
