On top of regular brushing, I also dab a little directly onto sensitive spots when they flare up, and it works like magic. Good toothpaste especially if you’re having whitening done which leaves your teeth really sensitive. My dentist told me to put it into the mold they made me for the whitening of my teeth were sensitive the next day…it definitely helped.
