Great Value & Quality
Understand that this is a $64 lens. For the price, it's an amazing value. The build quality is excellent and the aperture and focus rings move butter smooth. As expected, wide open this lens is tack sharp in the center with a bit of falloff in the corners. Built for APS-C sensors (1.5x crop), I use it on micro four thirds sensors (2x crop) and don't notice any vignetting. The only compromise I've found so far is minimal to no lens coating. What does this mean? The lens will naturally have some light flare. However, for the price, and understanding the limits of the lens, it's a really fun, cheap way to give an otherwise boring shooting experience a very manual, tactile feel.

Build quality is good
*for the price, this a great lens. Its not going to match a $600 lens, but its a 10th the price. Nice metal body, clicky aperture ring, smooth focus ring, and compact size. Great walking around lens for my old Olympus. Tested it wife opon and fully stopped down, and every spot in between. Performed well.

Big Bang for the Buck
This is great little lens for the price. Solid metal build, sharp wide open with nice bokeh, tack-sharp when stepped down to 5.6 or 8. Looks good on my OM-3 and the focus peaking tool makes the manual focus fast and easy. I added an inexpensive metal screw on lens hood for protection and avoid any sun flares. Lens is fun to use and image quality is very good.

Nice small size, quality lens.
Well made lens at a reasonable price. Use it on a LUMIX G-1. Take it with me often. For those starting out with an interest in photography, this is a bargain. Get a used LUMIX body and you are all set.

Excellent Quality
A good price for a well made manual focus lens for M4/3. Equivalent to a 50mm lens in 35mm.

Good all-rounder
If I could pick a native lens for m43 to carry, this would be it. Good build, decent optics, and good focal length equivalent.

Great lens for static shots
I got this for use with my BMPCC to film interviews and video essays. It provides a crystal clear picture at 4k and even with an open iris provides relatively good depth of field. The mount is machined aluminum rather than plastic, so it can take light abuse without an issue. The controls are quiet and smooth, allowing on the fly adjustments while shooting without needless noise or shaking. If you need a relatively close lens for static shots, this is a good option.

M43 mount does NOT properly fit a micro 4/3 camera
The version for a micro 4/3 mount does not fit properly. It's very tight going on and very difficult to remove, with a scraping sensation both ways. I'm not risking my $800 camera to use a $64 lens. A shame because it's a beautiful lens in terms of its construction and tactile feel of the focus and aperture rings.

Little mind blowing lens considering the price bracket manual focus (more ) fun),nice crisp images and really nice video at this price point is a steal imo.

This lens punches way above its price point. I was looking for a 25mm (50mm full-frame equivalent) lens for my Olympus OMD E-M5 Mk I for a while. I bought the Lumix 25mm f1.7 a couple of of years ago. While the image quality of the Lumix lens was very good, but I just could not stand the very cheap, plasticky feel of the lens, so I sold it. All the other good quality 25mm lens for M43 have become ridiculously expensive. I am glad I took a chance on this TTartisan lens. Everything about this lens feels premium; from the packaging to the build quality. It is made of full metal with a nice heft. The aperture ring has nice a detent at every stop. The focusing ring turns smoothly with nice damping. The lens has good contrast and sharpness. It has very good edge-to-edge sharpness once stopped down just a little bit. I do not find the lens flare to be particularly bad. It is no different than most kit lenses in that regard. (I never shoot directly into the sun. For sunset shots, the view of the landscape illuminated by the setting sun is far more interesting than the bright sun setting on the horizon.) This lens handles and feels exactly like those high quality manual focus lenses back in the 70's and 80's. It matches with and balances very well with my OMD E-M5 and E-M10. Although my E-M5 Mk I does not have manual focus assistance function. I set up one of the top buttons with a custom function of 5X magnification, and manual focusing became easy enough. The first two photos below were shot at f2.8. The third one was shot at f8.0. The last photo was shot directly into my ceiling lights at f16. It shows the lens flare which is not bad at all in my opinion. All these photos were JPEGs SOOC, using Natural picture setting in camera without any post-processing.

This is a great lens. I bought it in Olympus Micro4/3 mount. It is manual focus and doesn't have any CPU contacts. But my EM1 Mk1 gives full 3D Matrix metering with this lens. The pictures are very sharp, even the edges are sharp enough at it's widest aperture. Chromatic Aberration is bare minimum, not visible in most pictures. The aperture and focus rings comfortable and easy to use. I like that even at this price, the lens has full metal construction and even the lens cap is metal and screw-in type. I suggest use of a UV filter along with this lens.
