You need to remove all the original plastic skates except the one surrounding the sensor.

yes they do, although the bottom is a U shape compared to the original, it works fine.

how to apply it, do you remove the whole thing before applying tthis or just the white stuff?

You remove stock feet then stick on the new ones

Does it come with replacement feet for the center U shaped foot? I only see 3 feet in the images.

The "U" shaped piece is on the bottom part of the image for reference. The stock one only has three feet and this item replaces all of them with glass skates. Hopefully this helps, happy gliding! ^o^)
