CARAVAN SOFT FLOOR ONE SHOT DELAMINATION REPAIR KIT

Fantastic product, easy to use, but a bit messy. Make sure you wear gloves and keep scraping away the product as it bubbles up to prevent lumps. Just waiting for it to dry and see if it's fixed my very spongy floor. I was going to live e the floor with paper, then mark out grid and drill holes so could then just peel off the over spill but too impatient. Not too bad when scrpaed as I went along. My only criticising would be to sell this in a smaller quantity. I only used half the bottle on the whole floor and so.e of my holes took a lot of fluid! so will likely waste the rest and I've seen many others have done the same. Update...I've now used the full bottle as the floor was still a bit spongy in places. Drilled more holes in the middle of each square and the fluid kept flowing...must have been really bad. I actually need a bit more but only about a 1/4 of a bottle so my comment about smaller sized bottles still stands as I do t want to buy a full size one.

Used to repair an area of my caravan floor that had become delaminated and felt quite spongy. After drilling quite a few holes and filling them up with the delamination liquid. It worked like a dream, once left to set the floor was absolutely solid all around the area, good as new. The bottle contains a litre of liquid and I drilled 50 holes in the floor but only used a third of the bottle, plenty for another caravan floor. Quite a brilliant product, easy to use but take the time to clear up as much as possible before it hardens, because once set it is very difficult to remove.

NOTE: Does not come with any instructions, so you will need to do some research on how to use it first. After creating a 10 cm x 10 cm matrix of drilled holes and pre-cut doweling, it's just a case of filling up the holes with the green goo until a consistent level is reached. Pop in the doweling and leave it overnight. Works like expanding foam, so be careful to clean up any spillage as it's a pain to clean up the next morning (as i found out). Floor set rock hard and feels as strong as the rest of the floor in the van. Very happy with the result :)

Bought this to have a go at doing the spongy floor at the door of my caravan. So easy to use, drilled holes, poured in, dowelled the holes, wiped the excess away and left to dry. By next morning the floor was solid. Gave it a go expecting to have to thereafter get a professional to do it properly, but no need, top job and probably saved a pile of cash.

Messy and takes a few hours,but very good. Efeectively transforms your caravan floor into a sort of 'egg-box' construction, supported every four inches or so. Make sure you wear gloves and keep spills mopped up as you go, as it sets like glass.My caravan floor has stood up to two season's wear so far, with all sags and creaks eliminated. I had a quote of £300 to have it fixed professionally but, since the caravan's floor doesn't affect roadworthiness, it was well worth investing the time and effort to do it myself. Would have given five stars if the nozzle had been a bit longer.

Used this to relaminate the centre part of my caravan floor. Works very well. I could do the whole caravan floor if it was required Had a lot left over so gave it to a friend to do his van. Just make sure the holes drilled in the floor are the correct depth ( not right through the floor and keep filling up the holes until they stay full before putting the dowels in and clean up the overflow before it sets to reduce cleaning afterwards. Great stuff.

Excellent piece of equipment. I hadn't realised that this was the more highly sought after foam. It has worked really well and is so easy to get rid of once it's dried. Just a slice with a carpet knife and it's gone. It's also a bigger bottle than I required. I did at least half my caravan floor and used a bit less than half a bottle. Great investment

Didn’t needed to purge a lot into the drilled floor holes ( repairing soft Motorhome floor). Left for 24hrs, floor solid, ( liquid foams and spreads into gaps). Great stuff.
