Does what I needed it to do.
I bought this to stop draughts. Installed on the outside of the door. Works well and does the job. I never use the lock, so can't comment on much else!

Nice decorative touch.
Came with all fixings and on the door in no time. The chrome finish is very bright and seems good quality. Notvtoo thick and not to thin but unlike my old escutcheon the swing cover is very free which means it tends to oscillate side to side when you shut the door. No big deal but as it's on the inside of the door (which rarely gets used) I was hoping it would be a bit more snug to help reduce draughts.

Really good value for money. The old ones was missing when I moved in and this makes the door look so much nicer!

Shame about the screws
This item was packaged with a heavy lock I had also purchased from this seller - items were very poorly packaged I am amazed it didn't fall out of package. The escutcheon is a good quality -but the quality of the screws are very poor - one of the screw heads broke of and is embedded in the door - still working on what to do - why are most of the screws such poor quality?

An excellent escutcheon cover
An excellent escutcheon cover, far more robust than the patterned ones, the cover itself is solid and will not be buffeted by the wind easily. A high quality item and very good value, it looks just like the picture! Being slightly larger than some it will cover up any drilling blunders made when fitting the lock.

Screws too long
Perfect item apart from the screws, they’re always too long when fixing something around a lock so I use my own smaller ones perfect

Avendo due camere comunicanti in un guesthouse, ho risolto la privacy con questo copriserratura, facile da montare e veramente efficace

Habe gestern diese Abdeckung erhalten da es bei mir im Eingangsbereich durch das Schlüsselloch zieht. Jedoch was geliefert wurde entspricht optisch überhaupt nicht dem Produktbild... Interessanterweise muss ich dieses Teil nicht einmal zurücksenden bei Rückgabe. Anbei ein Foto der gelieferten Sturmabdeckung.
