What size hole will the cable fir through? I can't find where it actually states the diameter of the cable?

cant really tell you the size,they fit my suitcase no problem at all ,case is just normal,these padlocks are very well made best ive ever had,no stupid keys,i recommend them.

we have put a code in but clearly have done something wrong, now it won't open is there a way to reset it?

If you want to open it without knowing the combination, it will take you less than 20 minutes to try every combination from 001 to 999 if you do one per second. Turn the dial, pull the lock, turn the dial, pull the lock, repeat. That's probably quicker than any option involving contacting customer care etc.

From memory. Set all 3 numbers to zero, press in the pin at the base and hold in while you set your own three number code. Release the pin any try a lock/unlock procedure as you would normally use it.
