I am taking this supplement additionally beside my daily multivitamin supplement and magnesium for about 3 months, it really helps with my leg cramps at night I used to have frequently. I would highly recommend someone who need stricted/separate dosages of calcium that it’s not included in on your daily multivitamin supplement . Pure Encapsulation supplements made for someone who need pure and individual supplement that you need on top of your current daily dose, their supplements are in all capsules forms, so if you have hard time to swallow someone like me, you may open up the capsule on the spoon and take it, although it may give you little bitterness, effectiveness is immediate at least for me.

I have no complaints about this product. A medication I take is known to deplete calcium in the bones and it was highly recommended that I also take a calcium supplement and vitamin D. Since I already take vitamin D separately, I chose this supplement. After nearly a year on the calcium depleting medication and this supplement, my recent bone density scan was "Normal". I can't say for sure that this supplement was a factor since I also consume significant calcium in my daily diet, but it certainly didn't hurt.

I love the this brand and will always buy this brand. I trust this brand I have to have gluten-free.

I researched the ingredient and it is a highly digestible form of calcium. I give these to my kids 11 and 13 and take them myself also.
