Doesn’t really have much of taste.I have been taking these for about 6 weeks now as my b12 levels were borderline at a recent blood test. I can say I am less lethargic. Another bonus has been for my nails. My nails are usually very brittle and literally do not grow. There has been a massive improvement in my nails and this has been such a bonus for me!When this bottle finishes I am going to move onto a b-complex as I am also deficient in folate.
