Amazing value. Quality seems nice. Pills are quite big, did see a review where someone said you could chew them. DO NOT. I did this as I thought it may be easier than it getting stuck but the taste was horrifying, extremely sour to the point I had to spit it out and wash my mouth out ( and I love sour things ). I just snap in half now and swallow it in 2. It's great for your immune system.

The pills are awfully big, so big in fact i was confused as to whether i were supposed to chew them or swallow. After deciding to chew the vitamin i was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. So swallow it was.... With great difficulty... Every time. Other than that no strange side effects and seems to be doing what its meant to. Taking this with MSM Update 6th September 2020:- i found that if you swallow the tablet horizontally instead of vertically, it goes down alot easier. Thank goodness!

Great value and my daughter has asked please don't ever run out, no colds since starting them,

Tablets are large in size and quite difficult to swallow. It would help if they didn’t taste quite so salty too! They do the job and are cheap enough but I would consider alternating to a more expensive product for better taste/ size.

I take these when I feel a cold coming on, stops it manifesting into anything more. Works every time.

Tablets are a little large but otherwise good value for money.
