I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review and after two weeks of use, I think it's time. The product is really good. I've never used sustain supplements before during my workouts, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've definitely felt a difference with it, it helps me to push my last few reps and squeeze out the needed energy to finish. The taste is alright, not the best but after a few uses, you get used to it. Quick disclaimer; a family member tried it as well and said they had a weird feeling in their stomach from it, I personally haven't had any problems with it, just be mindful your body might react differently to it.

Energy through the roof..
My rwgular BCAA was out of stick so I tried this and all I can say is wow my energy is through the roof. I had the Raspberry and it tastes so fresh and delicious. One scoop whilst doing cardio and another scoop whilst doing my weight training..perfect for me 👍🏿

Nice flavour
Been wanting to try some BCAA for a while but the price always puts me off, luckily this came on sale on one of the prime day deals, took a punt on it and the flavour. The only thing I've noticed is this is 10/1/1 unlike most other products which are 2/1/1. The overall flavour is nice and it mixes extremely well with no lumps or bits, I do take it to the gym in my shaker and always give it a quick shake before having a drink just to make sure it's not settled. I can definitely tell a difference while training, I can definitely train harder for longer and don't feel too beat up after leaving the gym.
