I purchased this Cell phone recently and it was received quickly. I then took a trip and the phone just did not work! I couldn't stay connected, I couldn't send texts, I couldn't make phone calls. I contacted Amazon who contacted the seller and got a response immediately from the seller! They offered a full refund or an exchange. I opted for the exchange because I liked the phone. Every contact with the seller received an immediate response. I was so surprised! I shipped the old phone back. They shipped the new one and it was an extremely pleasant and easy experience. I would highly recommend using this seller again. Anytime a seller responds so quickly and positively, makes them tops in my book.

Seller advertised phone as in Excellent condition. Screen started breaking within the warranty window. Sent the item back and cell4less only refunded me the tax. They kept the phone and my $220.

I like everything about my new Galaxy Z flip 4 phone. Excellent condition , multiple screen use : (open or closed ) easy functions , sleek design and did i mention very affordable price ? 😀 💰👍As for the rating, the only reason I gave a 4 star rate is the battery - I have to charge it daily and sometimes a quick charge in middle of the day . I do everything to conserve power and wish I could go a full 24 hrs use before needing to charge. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and (speedy delivery )

Update: Returned phone for another one. And guess what? Same screen issues initially, then screen blacked out. Don't get an Amazon refurbished phone. They are probably sent to Mexico first. ++++++ This was my 1st amazon refurbished phone and I completely regret it. In the first 2 weeks of having it, there are pixel issues on half the screen and now there is a bright white line at the top half of the screen along the side. And it isn't picking up calls like it is supposed to anymore. Going to try to do a hard reset on the phone today. If it doesn't fix the problem, I am returning it. Regardless of the restocking fee (whatever it is).

If you need something right away as i did its a good price. Phone works great for about the first nine months of usage. Afterwards it get hot. And Now there is a blinking shadow or screen towards the bottom half of the phone.

This phone is so cool mine came in great shape works great had no scratches I guess I was lucky some reviews said other things but my phone is working great no problems the price is worth it if u want the flip get this u will love it hard to believe was used looks new

Actualización 10 meses después sigue funcionando sin problemas, lo llevo a todos lados y ya no lo cuido tanto al darme cuenta que no es tan delicado 😂 La pantalla sin falla, reitero que lo único que me desagrada es la batería. -Tiempo de entrega a Edo. Mex: 14 dias -Llegó con estética de 99.9 solo tiene un raspon muy pequeño en el detector de huellas, en una camara y tenía un poco de polvo en el aro de las cámaras. Incluye cable y llave. -¿Recomiendo comprarlo? Solo debajo de los 8k y versión de 256 gb y solo si estas dispuest@ a cuidarlo. A tomar en cuenta considero que estos equipos (por los comentarios que vi) seguramente tuvieron reemplazo de pantalla, lo digo por que llego sin la mica original y veo que a varios les llega asi, tomen en cuenta que de acuerdo al mismo fabricante debe de tener su mica protectora, yo opte por comprar una por si las dudas, de igual manera le compre un case con bumper. Lo conseguí por un precio increíble de 6,700. color azul versión de 256 Gb la verdad me impresione por que no lo habia visto nunca en ese precio. Este celular me gusta muchisimo, lo deseaba desde que salio, sin embargo quería ver como se movían los precios y como estaban en cuando a resistencia por que sé que el Z3 tenia varias áreas de mejora. También estuve revisando el costo de reparaciones y refacciones, afortunadamente actualmente ya uno puede conseguir el display por internet y cada dia bajan más de precio, para mi es importante poder reparar las cosas y alargar su vida util. Lo compre con esa idea, que si fallaba la pantalla fuera del tiempo que da Amazon Renewed, estaria dispuesta a hacerle el cambio de pantalla yo misma. Si, fue una compra más por capricho, tengo otro samsung de respaldo por si las dudas. Es un equipo con buenas características, además de lo delicado de la pantalla su otro punto bajo es en la bateria, si lo usas mucho no te rinde el dia, sin embargo carga rapidisimo. De momento llevo 1 semana con el, obviamente lo cuido mucho pero si lo estoy usando como equipo principal y me lo llevo a la oficina, me encanto. De verdad espero dure por lo menos 2 años sin fallas importantes. Estaré actualizando mi comentario con el tiempo.

Llego rápido y sin NINGÚN detalle, más no se dejen "engañar" por el precio, este celular es MUY FRAGIL, no se lo recomendaría a nadie que no sea cuidadoso en extremo con su celular ya qué tanto su pantalla como la bisagra son (recalcó) MUY FRAGILES y el coste para repararlo suele ser MUY ALTO, incluso lo mismo que uno nuevo. Esto puede ser la mejor compra de tu vida o la peor, dependiendo de como lo cuides, personalmente no te tenido problema alguno, ya llevo 4 meses con el y aun funciona al 100%, más he sido muy cuidadoso con el, con una funda de uso rudo y muy muy pocas caídas, y aun así no espero que este celular me dure más de 1 año y medio, mientras tengas esto en mente y aun así procures cuidar del celular, puede ser una excelente compra, en cuanto a puntos positivos, es un celular excelente a día de hoy, abríl de 2024, ofrece rendimiento muuuy similar a los modelos tope de gama de samsung actuales, a un precio increíblemente bajo, sin duda, en cuanto a experiencia, (aparte de la fragilidad y la camara, el zoom y la calidad pueden mejorar, más no es un problema tan grande para el usuario promedio) no tendrás NINGÚN problema, levanta literalmente todos los juegos a calidad máxima, y con oneui de samsung tienes uno de los mejores sistemas operativos de la actualidad, sin mencionar las actualizaciones, de las cuales todavía tiene hasta el próximo año lo cual es bastante bueno, no todos los dispositivos tienen un soporte tan amplio, y considerando qué pronto le incluiran las funciones más nuevas de galaxy ai del s24 ultra, suena como algo muy bueno para ser real, pero dejame decirte que lo es ( si eres cuidadoso recalcó). En conclusion, si eres muy descuidado con tu celular y no quieres tirar tu dinero a la basura, ni lo pienses, más si estas dispuesto a tener mucho mucho cuidado, puede ser tal vez el dispositivo qué más vale la pena en todo el mercado actual con un desempeño comparable a los mejores celulares.

Yo se que es un artículo reacondicionado el costo y modelo Pero si tiene una falla de funcionamiento se apaga la pantalla sola escribiendo o viendo se apaga me sirve de experiencia una a no tirar caja y manual qué venía y no comprar cosas reacondicionadas.

El equipo llegó defectuoso ya que no se abre en su totalidad, sigue funcionando pero que triste que se pidan reacondicionados excelentes y lleguen asi
