Although it's self adhesive backing this does stick to my plastic shower tray but doesn't want to stick to tiles So solution I ran a thin line of clear caulk behind and within 24 hrs it was bonded and watertight Easy to use and there's enough to do two baths shower surrounds Not bad for the price Took roughly 30mins to install

My second purchase of the product to finish off my bathroom. Easy to use and wipes clean to look like a pro fitted it. Sticking first time and very strong material ensures you won't have to revisit this job anytime soon.

Perfect seal Looks good

The adhesive on the back was soft and had no adhesive power whatsoever. It was like a layer of Vaseline and just about as sticky. Tried so many times to get it to adhere but it kept lifting off. I finally peeled it all of and binned it. It left a mess of half stuck glue behind. I've used similar products on the past without any difficulty but this was the worst kind of garbage. I didn't even attempt to use the last metre as there were creases where it was rolled up too tightly and the glue had totally detached from the black PVC at these areas..NO STARS if I could!

This is smooth tape, cuts easily and the adhesion is reasonable (though you can take it off and have another go if you need to, it seems to me). However, I haven't found a use for it. I bought it to use around a sink worktop, where water damage had resulted in a gap too wide for silicone sealant alone. Well this tape was so thin, that you could easily see through it the darkness of the gap!! It would have looked terrible. Coupled with that, the thinness of it means every uneven part of the worktop just disrupts the smoothness of the tape, and the tape accentuates the bumps. And i don't feel I would have had success applying it around a corner, so would have needed to cut it and try and join the two pieces, which would have needed silicone sealant, probably, to hide the join, and that would have looked a mess. I abandoned the idea after applying a small test piece, which came off easily and without leaving residue, and ordered some more rigid rolled silicone strip, the molded kind rather than tape, and that worked really well.

On initial installation, I found it had not adhered properly in places. However, if heat is applied when fitting, the adhesive works perfectly. I just used my wife's hairdryer and it did the job. I would recommend the vendor add this recommendation to use heat in their product information.

I've actually used to for the front edge of my Kitchen Worktop as the Silicon on the edge had come away and letting in Water, causing the wood to expand. Cut it out and then ran the Sealant across. Look ok actually, like it was intended. Only 4 Starts as the Glue wasn't the best, so use a GlueStick for Paper etc and it seems to do the trick.

Articolo davvero molto valido, appena arrivato l'ho utilizzato subito per chiudere ermeticamente tutti i lati esterni di un mobile su misura posto sotto il lavello, sia sul mobile che sulle pareti del muretto il nastro ha aderito benissimo, abbastanza spesso, morbido e facilissimo da applicare, la cosa essenziale, come dei resto per tutti i nastri adesivi in genere, è importante non avere ripensamenti perché se si attacca e si ristacca piu volte il nastro poi non fa più il suo dovere, il risultato perfetto e molto piacevole da vedersi oltre che utile.
