They're ok. Not the greatest imo. They're also not very durable as they tend to thread easily.. probably give it a 5/10 for keeping my hands warm.

It will be okay in a heavy rain shower/snow, though not totally waterproof it is certainly very good in wet weather and dries quite quickly.
