Love these, also another staple I have been traveling with. I found a recipe for a TCM tea that involves red dates, goji berries and ginger. Very tasty, hydrating and warming. Great for the skin. Long shelf life because they are dried!

They taste horrible and the texture was slimy. Even though the have great medicinal properties if you canโt palate them they are a waste of money.

These taste so good. I add them to hot water with ginger and goji berries to make tea. I also love them with almond. They are delicious dry and I love to eat them after they have soaked in my tea. They ship fast!
