Best Product out There!! Cheap!! Effective!!
Awesome product all rabbit owners NEED! I have several rabbits and was shocked to find that the 'preventative ' Beaphar Antifly(??) spray wasn't working! It claimed to be effective against fleas, blowfly/fly strike as well as mites. Despite this, after my routine monthly health checks I noticed a lot of the bunnies had small red-looking bugs on them that were moving, they were all itching and I feeling awful I jumped on Amazon and brought these.... Best choice I made (or one of;). I had researched around a bit about the price of flea treatments from the vet and tbh it simply wasn't an option when I would have to treat 7+ rabbits of varying ages and size. These were simple to administer - weigh bunny and based on weight administer 1 or 2 pipettes to the back of their necks. Word of warning - I applied 2 pipettes to my eldest Netherland, Gina. Was checking her everyday and there seemed no improvement at first, however at the 2.5 week mark (since application) I noticed a distinct change - less itching, her skin had cleared up loads. Applied to all my other bunnies too and 2 weeks on there is no sign of the red mites/fleas!! Brought 4 more boxes since I already used 2 or 3, and says that it can be administered as a preventative treatment which I will carry out regularly from now on.

Great Stuff!
We have three guinea pig sisters (4 yrs old), two if which are long haired. Last summer we noticed that one if the long haired ones had some bald patches and her hair was thinning on the sides of her trunk area. She was still a very happy girl, eating well and very active. We couldn't see any evidence of lice or mites on her so we were thinking it was possibly a hormonal thing, being the middle aged lady that she is! But to be sure we gave her a treatment shampoo and gave her a dose of this spot-on stuff. We also treated the other 2 guinea pigs at the same time. After about 3 weeks we noticed her hair was starting to grow back! So we've continued with this treatment regularly and all three guinea pigs are with glossy healthy fur. Brilliant stuff. We use one tube on each guinea pig every 8 weeks and I get it on the subscribe and save scheme. Can't recommend it enough - imagine what a vet would have charged!

Works brilliantly, and half the price of the one prescribed by vets
I have quite a few guinea pigs coming through my household, as I help with rescue and rehoming, so I need a cost effective method of keeping mite and lice at bay. These pipettes are about half the price of the similar ones prescribed by the vets, and you don't have to pay the consultation fee either. It is not clear from the product description, but you do get 4 pipettes in each box, and a discount if you order on subscribe and save. They are very easy to use, just part your small animal's fur behind the head and squeeze the content of the pipette. My current permanent guinea pigs get sticky fur, and I find it best to bath them before applying the spot-on. It works a treat! It is better to use regularly as a preventative, and at the price I am paying I will certainly do that on my permanent guinea pigs. Highly recommended product

Seems to be working but questions around the dosage guidance
My piggies have been itching like crazy for a few weeks. With no obvious signs of worms or mites (no crusty patches, no sign of eggs under skin, no mange) we tried a few different spray treatments, all of which seemed to have little or no effect. I found this product very easy to use and it seems to have had an immediate impact, with both Gary and Jesus scratching far less often. However, as with another reviewer, I'm left questioning the dosage guidance as, more than 4 hours after applying it, both of them are left with wet-looking greasy patches on their necks (as can be seen in the photos, Jesus doesn't normally have a mohican!). Both are around the 1kg mark so I gave the recommended 2 pipettes. As I said, it does seem to have worked so I'm not grumbling too much but now I'm left fighting the urge to bathe both of them, something it says not to do on the packet. Next time I'll just use the one pipette.

Did the trick in conjunction with an anti-parasite shampoo
My Dwarf lop doe had been scratching her ears to the point she started losing hair on both of them. I bought this under advice and used in conjunction with Johnson's anti-parasite shampoo. A few weeks on, she is no longer irritated and the hair is returning to her ears. Having presented her to the vet last week for a spay, they checked her ears and said that what I had done was the right thing and that there were no mites/parasites and healing well. It seems a little messy when you're first applying it to the back of the neck. However, not long afterwards your rabbit will begin grooming themselves to try and clean it off. This will spread the product and allow it to work effectively. By day two, you couldn't tell I'd applied anything and she was much calmer. Highly recommended.

A reliable home treatment
One of our buns, Bailey, has a propensity for mites. He's been to the vets with it a couple of times, and they advised it was likely to just be the case that his immune system might be poorer than the other buns, and we might find ourselves having to treat mites more often in his case. Now, our vets are great, but when we're able to identify the presence of mites on Bailey ourselves, and treat with a product that goes for a fiver (for - in his case - two treatments), it's a no-brainer compared to £35 at the vets! As an additinal benefit, quick and simple treatment at home must be more pleasant for him versus a journey to the vets! Would recommend this in a heartbeat, we actually choose to keep some in stock at home at all times as the expiration dates are conducive to this, and it means we can treat mites whenever we identify a problem.

Effective on some Cavies - may require repeat treatments
My two older boars live outside and got infested with fleas & mites, the younger one is doing better, the oldest one was worst because the drops hadn’t prevented infestation of fleas and mites. The product initially was ineffective; it took lots of cleaning with mild detergent and three applications of this product along with this brand of “fly strike” cleanser to finally rid him of the nasty bugs.
