I would say at least 2kg, probably more. The dimensions are 7.5 inches in height and 4 inches in depth

No, it only says flour on the front.

Does this container keep flour weevils out? They are so tiny and my current flour storer doesn’t.

Hi, I have not had any problems with weevils. Hard containers are supposed to be the best storage. Also they are attracted to any spillage of flour from the packet. They are also found in cardboard, like cereal packs, lasagne boxes etc. I tend not to keep the flour for more than 2 months. Hope this helps.

can the handle flod down so that something else can be stored on tope of it?

No. Handle is fixed and can't be bent over, but it is screwed on with two screws so it could be removed completely if you wanted to stack something else on top of the tin.
