Is it supposed to be able to move around once installed?

How high and low can the footrest be adjusted to?

The SCHMUMFY IKEA Highchair Footrest can raise as high as 2.5" below the seat and as low as 10.5" below the seat. This makes it the perfect footrest for the smallest babies all the way up to tall toddlers.
