Important information (service ticket 42548109):- Before using it please verify the product using magnifying glass there's any small scratches in Airdopes. Even a little scratch return it. Or else it will not cover in warranty. PFA images & Video. I have purchased this product just three months before. In the first month itself the left Airdopes given distorted noise. I have raised the Boat service warranty. They examined using a magnifying glass and said that the left Airdopes is already opened for service. broken and glued it please check the image attached with it. Both Left and Right looking same in that location. Both are working but left one give disorted noise in high volume. Boat not read the complaint properly just they want to reject the service request as it's damaged. Who actually done this damage to the buds. Whether I am insane to try to open the Airdopes to repair it as it's in warranty. They rejected my warranty request. 😡 Why not Boat manufacturing unit may attempt to rework their product before selling to customers. While courier pickup partner confirmed that there's no physical damage. Please check the below point from the boat while courier pickup. 2) The courier partner will inspect your product before pickup. In case of physical damage, pickup can be refused and we would not be able to service the warranty. I have purchased 4 Boat products from Amazon. Out of four Boat Airdopes 141 is the issue. Check for some good products which give long service instead of going cheap products like this. Hello Amazon, if you are reading this comment. Just investigate it to save your customers hard earned money.

Sound: Again, with the right tips, the sound from these is amazing. Plenty of bass for me which is saying something. I listen to a ton of rap, metal, electronic, etc.. bass heavy music while in the gym and these dont disappoint. I use poweramp and actually lowered the bass level, this is exactly what I've been searching for. The highs are crisp and clear mids, they're great all around for all music I listen to. I'm ordering another pair for my girlfriend and a pair to keep in my gym bag, that's how much I love these. Battery Life: These last a long time. I'm in the gym 6 to 7 days a week. I also do my own yardwork so I'm using these roughly 10-12 hours a week and I'm only having to charge once a week. This is a welcome change from the Skullcandy BT headphones I've been using the last 3 years. They had to be charged daily and have the halo you have to wear around your neck, huge PITA. Design: These earbuds have a unique design that I thought was strange until I got used to using them. They're designed so you can hold them in your fingers perfectly and fit great in my ears once I got the right tips for them. If I had to nitpick, my only complaint is with the case; I have to use the large memory foam tips and they wont fit in the case so when I'm done, I take the tips off each earbud so they fit back in the case to charge. I was going to scrap the little nylon case they came with but theres a little case my memory foam tips came with that actually fits in that pouch along with theso it's not a huge deal. That would be my recommendation to the manufacturer for their next redesign/model. I know this was a long review, I'm a little long-winded and tried keeping this short it just didn't convey my feedback entirely. So, I hope this helps anyone considering these earbuds. I definitely recommend them and although I'm not being paid for this, if the vendor wanted to throw me a free wireless charger or something I wouldn't mind at all.... haha

- I got a faulty product on first delivery - left bud was not responding to touch inputs, but after replacement I got working pair. - As its half ear buds it does not fit in ears properly, but that is expected. This is only suitable for indoor use, at least for me, because if you use this outdoor the buds might fall off and may get lost. - Call quality is excellent for the price range. Noise cancellation can remove most of the background noises and focus on our voice in scenarios like a song playing through laptop speakers, filling a bucket of water, ceiling fan at full speed and typing noise to an extent. - However music quality is only average, It has good treble (high tones) but bass is very bad. Even at 50 percentage volume we can hear distortions on bassy sounds. But I purchased this for calls so it is ok for me. - Battery life is good, I used it to listen to music for a maximum of 2 hours at around 40 to 50 percent volume and the remaining battery of the earbuds were at 50 percentage. So I assume the buds alone could give about 4 hrs in a single charge without the case. - Range is not that great when there are walls in between. It can hardly pass 1 room with a wall in between which is like 10 meters in total, but you can always carry the phone in your hands or pocket. - Look, touch and feel is not premium. It feels plastic and cheap. But for the price point of ₹999 I think it is expected. - The mic didn't work for me in Ubuntu 22.04. I mean the Hands free profile is not working in Ubuntu, you cannot see this mic in the list of input devices. So the mic of this buds do not work out of the box in Ubuntu, I could not get it to working even with some tinkering. - The buds are totally splash proof or water resistant. It can be washed on tap water. When its wet the sound will be distorted but when it dries the sound will become normal, however it cannot or must not be immersed in water (I have not tried it). I took a bath with this on and I also wash it when it gets ear wax and it is still working fine.
