As far as I am aware, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge does not have an fm radio circuit built in. The GPS is fitted as follows A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS.

Can i use sim card from my s4 on this phone?

The S4 takes a Mirco SIM so you will need to call your network provider to arrange for them to send you the next size down which is a Nano SIM. They should do this free of charge.
