Is the Barry M lipliner sealed? Thanks

Mine was. I have bought 2 and both were sealed.

Does this stain and is it easy to remove?

Not sure if you're asking if it stains lips, or clothes ? I've used the rose colour for years, it's lovely and easy to remove with any makeup remover.
