It's been over 24 hours and it has still not hardened. Temperature is 70 F. Will it eventually harden?

I used it to set pavers on a porch that had come loose. I had tried to reglue with limited success. Mortar hardened in about a week at 70 degree temps.

Can this be used for Hairline crack in concrete floor?

I think there are better products for filing cracks in concrete which will adhere better and repel water.

Vertical use ok? Is it thick enough that it won’t run out?

It won't run out. It's like a thick paste with bits of sand in it. I used it to repair cracks in mortar in a brick wall. Cannot tell where I repaired it.

will this adhere to manufactured or faux stone?

I used it to seal cracks in mortar between bricks. It adhered well to both brick and existing mortar. So, I would think it would work for your application, but don’t know for certain.
