do not know got the pump by counting how many radiators I have in house

Does the pump allow water to backflow through it when not in operation?

It’s only a water pump thre aren’t any flow or return valves so water will flow either way when not operating

Can it work if the frequency is 60Hz?

If used on a 60Hz system, the pump speed will be increased. Given that 3 speeds are available to select, the pump should prove suitable.
