Good
Was hesitant to buy based on bad reviews of mold and poor packaging and breaking. Mine arrived in one piece and looked good/fresh quality. It is more pricey though compared to buying from the store.

Good quality and taste
I used it with egg plants to make the Persian dish kashk bademjan. It turned out as expected, meaning we (myself and my American partner) ate way too much. Will buy again.

MOLD
——MOLD—- The item arrived late, and I immediately put it in the fridge. A few days later, I opened it and saw two mold spots on top. I did not want to leave a comment until I noticed that the date on the lid was 2023... It is now August 2026. How dare you ship a molded and defective product, and also not accept returns even within the 30-day return window.

Perfect for kashk-e bademjan
I’ve used this kashk several times for Persian dishes, and it’s been great every time. The flavor tastes authentic and adds that rich, tangy taste that dishes like ash reshteh and kashk-e bademjan need. It’s easy to use straight from the jar, mixes well into recipes, and has a nice smooth consistency. I also like that it stays fresh for a long time in the refrigerator after opening. If you enjoy cooking Persian food, this is a solid pantry item to keep on hand. Good quality, good flavor, and definitely something I’d buy again.

The most delicious kashk I’ve ever tried!
Although it’s pricier than similar products on the regular market, this is the most delicious kashk I’ve ever bought. As a Persian, I’m familiar with high quality kashk, and this one truly stands out. As long as I have access to this brand and it maintains its quality, I won’t be buying from any other producer.

The jar looks smaller and it was half filled there was a large cavity or air pocket, in the center of the jar .

This isn't normal for this product, so please remember that.
The product arrived with the seal on the jar being already undone. This is not normal for this product, and some of the product was not there. It was already off when I tried to use it.
