Do these like most pads bunch between legs? Making them useless?

no they did not bunch to uncomfortable however they were very rectangular, & thin, I had massive bleeding & huge clots, I tended to use these at night under a different thick super long long pad

Absorbency is for super heavy flow…I used them for afterbirth care and never leaked.

Amazon asked for my review so here it is.....this is the pads the hospital gave me after I delivered my baby. Had some left over but didn't throw them away. I live on a farm and had an animal who needed to be bandaged but I had run out of gauze. In a pinch till I could make it to the store I decided to use one of these. Turns out it worked better than gauze!!!! NO JOKE!!! It's like an oversized bandaid. Just clean the wound, slap some medicated ointment on the pad and use the horse wraps to hold it on. Cheaper, easier and way more efficient. I now will keep stock of these for my farm! Best buy ever!!!

Very absorbent. Length is ideal for postpartum recovery. No wings make it easier to slip out of place, which can be frustrating. Very bulky if not used to it.
