Carefully choose strength of equipment
Product is high quality. It is possible to do several different exercises with it. However bear in mind, when choosing that 50kg, which I chose is really powerful. I'm quite strong person but I manage to do only 3 reps. I couldn't complete 4th rep. Probably 20 or 30kg would be better in my case. Update, after 3 months I'm able to do 3 sets with 25 reps, with 5 min break between sets. My upper body strength increased significantly. It's looks much better as well. I'm a bit more shredded.

Excellent muscle builder
It's alot lighter to carry around than my original one purchased in the 80s. It also is a better workout, slightly more demanding, yet still nice and easy to perform the exercises. I'd suggest if you are new to exercise to buy the 30 kg one, but for stronger ladies and gentlemen, go for the 50kg and do the reps nice and slow to strengthen your muscles. I love it, and it's a great price.

50kg twister
when I ordered the 50kg twister I didn't realise how difficult it would be to use. I've always been fit and strong but would recommend going around 30kg to do good reps.

Surprisingly Difficult
I'm a fairly big fella, no stranger to some heavy weights, and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of workout this thing provides. You can use all kinds of angles and variations to hit areas you wouldn't usually reach. Highly recommended, especially at this price.

Superb. Real good quality, fantastic price. You can get so many different variations as you can easily work all muscle groups apart from lower lats. 50kg is perfect as combining it with pushups is brutal. Highly recommended

Nice and powerful . However, the handles are a bit uncomfortable.
