Practical
Practical shelf supports. Fitting relies on you drilling the holes accurately both horizontally and vertically. There is some adjustment with the offset screw.

Didn't work for me
Too difficult to get level with such short length going into the wall compared with the length of support external to the wall. I drilled a block square with a pillar drill to act as a guide for drilling the wall and they still aren't completely true. Don't work in aircrete blocks so will have to re-drill and use a resin fix.
