this is black colour to cover grey coloured hair. why would you need grey colour for? sorry i am confused!

I think yes but please check time before wash up the hair max 5 min after dye be applied because longer exposure the color comes darker

No it doesn't, I use this after each hair cut and it works great for taking my hair back to my natural brown colour. Been using it for years and highly recommend this product.
