Cuisinart Professional Stainless Saucepan with Cover, 3-Quart, Stainless Steel

Cuisinart and Amazon advertised the product with a life long warranty but within 2 months it’s sort of started chipping off and it’s only used for making porridge with silicone spatula.

La marca CUISINART suele ser una buena marca y en esta ocasión no fue la excepción. Es un producto pesado por las características de mismo pero vale la pena. Su diseño es eficiente ya que el mango para tomar al cazuela no se calientan y tampoco la asa de la tapa. Me gusto mucho el ahorro en tiempo ya que el material permite que se caliente rápido y que incluso por ejemplo para hacer arroz el resultado final es bueno por que puedo apagar mi estufa antes de que termine de cocinarse y con el calor que guarda se termina de cocinar lo que ahorra gas. En cuanto a la limpieza también es de fácil limpieza solo se debe tener cuidado de no rayar con productos metálicos para conservar la estética. En la parte interna también tiene marcado la capacidad en Ml y tazas lo cual ayuda a medir los líquidos.

It's really pretty and shiny & has worked well so far, except for scratches that appeared at the bottom of the pot after I had used a stainless steel spoon. That's odd considering the pot is stainless steel and not non-stick. On a related matter, an Amazon staff had claimed she did not know where the pot was made as it was not indicated anywhere. However, it was clearly indicated on the box that it's made in China.

I like to use my induction burner more than my gas stove for anything I need to stand there stirring for minutes, such as custards. Last year I bought the 1qt version and was impressed by how I could boil water for tea nearly instantly, and how sturdy and well-made it was, and how nice the lid was. Now I have the 3qt version for making ice cream bases and it’s just great. They’re a good price but feel way more expensive than they are. I feel like the two sizes I have cover most scenarios, but if I ever need another piece of induction-ready cookware I’m going straight for this line, no hesitation.

Es justo la olla que quería. Muy buena calidad, resistente, no se ha manchado, no se pegan los alimentos, por ej el arroz y otros (claro que los cocino es tiempo necesario, no más) Bonito diseño Buena relación precio/calidad

Such a useful size for making small potions of mashed potatoes, grits, vegetables, etc. I will say using the saucepan makes the inside discolor a tad with short of white spotted look but doesn’t bother me at all. Maybe I should clean with something but I don’t.
