Why does it say "no added sugars" in the description, but lists addes sugar in the ingredients on the package? Isn't that lying?

Why is there sunflower oil in/on these cherries?

Sunflower oil and apple juice are added. The bag I received...the cherries were very oily and one large clump. I tried to eat one but very oily and too moist, not dry like description says. It says, eligable for refund or replacement, seller refused to do either. A huge waste of money!
