This is my favourite bit of equipment.Forget those heavy pans full of boiling water, forget putting the oven on to sterilise jars, this does the job in minutes.No more water bathing.Omg, this is just great, it’s a big big storage wise but vest la vie.It’s very lightweight and when it arrives you wonder what your money was spent on, however, you soon learn that it’s lightweight shell is a bonus in the end.

This has made canning more enjoyable. So easy to use, less water to boil. This must be the best product I have purchased and I I very happy using this.

Some people are claiming that it leaks steam and never comes to pressure. Id like to add that it is a steam canner and not a pressure canner.

So light and easy to use compared to a water bath. Works really well. Just need a stainless steel version to work on my induction hob.

I bought this 8 months ago, wasn't able to use it over the summer as my garden didn't do well enough. I ran the test as it states in the manual, page 9 and this is what it did. I hand washed and let it completely dry before doing the test as it states. I've written to the company to get the lid replaced and I'm being told it's my water and that aluminum isn't made for boiling/ steaming yet it's a steam canner. Manual says some discoloration can happen "on the bottom" as you use it but this isn't just discoloration or the bottom... it's the top and some spots are black!

I have finally used this after having it for 3 months. It is useless.Sadly left too long to return.It leaks at the side where the lid sits inside the tray. This means it never comes to pressure, despite trying to stuff the leak with various things. Total waste of money.

I live this steam canner so easy to use and great value.

This streamer is amazing, it's so much faster to sterilize and can, it uses less water, it's easier to remove the jars without getting burnt and it's light enough if I need to move it with water still in it I don't have to go get my husband. This is my new preferred method to can high acidic foods.

Bra produkt och mycket mer bekvämt än att vattenkonservera! Lite svårt att se ångan då hålet är precis i kanten nedantill, hade varit bättre om ångan släpptes ut från toppen, men det fungerar. Bra - mycket mer bekvämt än att vatten konservera.

I’m in the country women’s association in Australia and I make a LOT of jams and pickles etc.. this is convenient and easy to use.. lightweight and easy for re sanitizing jars as you are on the go. Recommend you put marbles in the base incase you get low on water.. makes a noise. Or the base could warp if it boils dry.
