I would say they are an all round treatment for hay fever symptoms . In my case relieved running eyes and sneezing. I would think the spray is a more direct approach for a blocked nose . Hope this helps

Great hay-fever tablets! Pretty much the only ones that help me and my son! They stop us sneezing amd don't make you drowsy! They last for 24 hours. Great price on here aswell. In the shops they are literally double the price 🙄
