I just received this today and I can’t set the wrench past 95ft/lb its too tight. Is that normal?

Can get mine up to the full 150 ft/lb but it does get tight past 95ft/lb - gets very tight towards the top end though. Best of luck.

Will this work with Bahco 3/8 sockets?

Not sure about your specific Bahco sockets? If they are 3/8 then should not be a problem. I used Halfords 3/8 sockets without problems.
