Does this soda contains any additives ? i think in the eu / uk soda contains food additives e500

In the EU on the labels of any food products, the Sodium bicarbonate is presented as the additive E500. If This is PURE BAKING SODA containing 100% Sodium bicarbonate (Food grade) and it is written in the listing on Amazon I'm not sure I understand what was your question.

Difficult to say without access to a microscope but I would guess yes.

Is this Baking powder or bicarbonate soda?

"100% Sodium bicarbonate". It has been written on the spoon on the label! So, regarding your question, it is "bicarbonate soda".
