Super cute. Folks loved the mini hand pies. The filling to crust ratio is heavy on crust, so a thin crust is best. The filling amounts to 2T at most if chunky fruit. A crème/pudding filling may allow for a bit more.

These are great and really simple to use while making me look so much more skilled in pastries than I actually am. Would have given 5 stars but my half-round cutter has two fronts/ no solid back so I can’t use it. Can’t wait to use the Autumn shaped ones.
