Tried running an event with barcode tickets sent over email, customers came with them either printed out or on their phones. Both worked sometimes, a little hard to line up the printed copies, to the scanner, and our cheap $10 scanner still worked more reliably on the printed ones. The main reason we bought this was to scan people who had the code on their phones, and got very mixed success, sometimes it scanned very quickly, generous range with how zoomed in the image on the phone should be, as well as the angle and positioning. Other times it would not scan after dozens of tries (had to manually type in a 10 digit alpha-numeric code with a line of people waiting). Never got it figured out if it was a resolution issue on their phone, or a screen cleanliness problem. Worked great half the time, worked with some issue a quarter of the time, and didn't work at all a quarter.

Wish I had purchased this years ago, my staff says we told you so lol

Worked well for 3.5 months then just stopped, no power, tried in other PC's with scanners that were still working no dice, so hard to recommend.*Update, after I wrote the above, the seller provided a full refund (also offered a replacement but I had already purchased a new one) so I am upgrading to 4 stars since the seller was so prompt in making things right.

Lo instale y funcionó excelente pero al cuarto día dejo de funcionar lo conecte a otra computadora y nada que funciona solo se enciende la luz verde del botón superior...Me comunique con el vendedor, una persona muy atenta me comunico que me iba a enviar una unidad nueva y está funcionando de maravilla... Recomendado el vendedor...

J'ai reçu un scan qui a cesser de fonctionner en l'installant. Comme j'ai pris beaucoup de temps avant de l'installer, j'étais hors délai pour un retour. On m'a donc envoyer un nouveau scan sans frais. Service client impeccable !
