Valterra 3" Stainless Steel RV Waste Dump Gate Valve w/Cap (1)

I've been using this valve for a while, and it works flawlessly. The stainless steel construction is sturdy, and the cap seals perfectly, preventing leaks. Installation was quick, and it's been holding up well on my RV. Very satisfied with the performance and quality!

Our pump went out to our go to is search Amazon for what we need. My husband takes care of all the RV stuff and he found this cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else. Seems the RV stores mark up the products about 2-3 times more. Plus being a Prime member it usually arrives pretty fast. Fixed up the RV so we could get to camping once again. It was easy to install. Works well. Was fairly easy to remove with no leaks.

These were harder to find than expected, mounted on a 55 gallon drum used to haul waste to a dump site. I load the drum with a macerator in the top bung. Didn’t leak or anything and seemed well made.

We have 2 black & 2 gray tanks. If any of the 4 valves had a small leak, then when I open the sewer cap, out comes some nastiness. This gives a final stopping point, and can easily be kept clean so it won't leak. Previously, I had a similar Valterra valve but with the bayonet fitting. On my previous camping trip, it loosened and fell off during travel. This one won't: Used sawzall to cut off the original cap, cleaned and chamfered the edges, and glued permamently.

Added one, There should have been one. Not just a end cap. Works just like it should.

Fit perfectly on our Winnebago View 2021D. Followed instructions provided on one of the Facebook groups.

Have a slow tank leak by. This allowed me to have a controlled discharge when removing the plug cap. Serves my purpose exactly. Fits my hoses as expected. Thick and strong.

Good fit. No leaks. Easy to open. Would be nice if nuts & bolts were stainless but hey, good value as is.

I like that it was a glue on valve and will help with those nasty surprises when removing the cap

I have cable pull valves on my RV and there is always seepage with these. To avoid getting a surprise when pulling of the sewer cap and hooking up my hose, I installed this apparatus as my main shut off. Works great and no chance of getting unwanted surprises when removing the drain cap.

This item is not new! Has melted slashes on housing. Hopefully it will function as intended. I should not be charged full price for a damaged item!
