Your tongkat and fadogia both start crystalyzing by around 60 days. they keep becoming hard lumps over and over. moisture not the problem. do explain.

Thank you for your questions. It’s the case for all spray or vacuum dried extracts. They are hygroscopic in nature. They are prone to moisture compared to sun dried herbs. For extracts and concentrates, raw herbs are vacuum dried to keep their nutritional properties intact. That is why the storage is recommended to be in a cool and dry place as in 60 days if kept open or not closed properly or had come in contact with wet scoop then there are chances of moisture and clump formation. There are no other issues, It is entirely related to moisture. Considering the issue, we are also going to launch this in the form of capsules so these become more handy.

I bought tonkat ali and fadoggia together, both seem to smell and look the same ,how can i know they are different ?

Thank you for your question. It will help address similar queries that other customers may have.

Our manufacturing facility uses a standardized Hydroalcoholic Solvent method for the extraction of many Aphrodiasic herbs. This is the most preferred industrial extraction method used for herbs and medicinal plant extracts. This method (proved in research studies) is able to extract more metabolites compared to other methods, resulting in a most potent and effective product. This also prevents the wastage of resources and raw materials. Hence, a similar method is used for extracting both Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agretis. This is the reason that certain properties like taste and smell might seem similar on the outside but the core properties of the concerned herbs are completely intact and different.

Further, both these herbs are similarly bitter originally (Most Aphrodiasic extracts are bitter in taste including Mondia Whitei, etc.), however, they have different impacts.

Also, be rest assured of the quality and genuineness of both products. We attach a Certificate of Analysis for the customer's reference and assurance of quality.

Certain other herbs are extracted from a similar method but have very different impacts and nature, for example, Withania somnifera extract, smells and tastes somewhat similar too. Or Shatavari and Maca extract looks and tastes quite similar.

Thanks for your question. Fadogia agrestis is a short bush plant native to Nigeria, Ghana, Sudan, and some parts of eastern Europe. Herb for this product is authentically sourced from Nigeria, further tested, processed, and packed in India as per FSSAI guidelines.
