No, it doesn't have a fleece lining. Very thin. You can see through it. Not fully merino wool - mix.

What size is this hat？

The hat is a stretch to fit. I would say the hat would fit any head size circumference 55cm to 62cm.

Once the hat is on do you have to keep adjusting it. Many wooly hats keep sliding upwards

I have not had to adjust the position of the hat, comfortable hardly notice it’s there.
