Received it melted
the menthol crystals was melted. I couldn't even open the container coz the melted menthol was stuck on the rim around. When i finally able to pry the jar open, the melted menthol formed into a stone kinda ball, i dont know how im gonna salvage this thing so could at least use the remaining of it. Waste of money

So frustrated. I needed this asap and it arrived in a solid chunk and not crystals as advertised. I ordered this in winter in a cold state so I know it did not melt in transit.

This menthol is powerful. It will clear your sinuses. Do not put in bathwater as you will freeze and be hot at the same time.

ليس له علاقه ب الحبيبات جاء متصلب ملتصق بالغطاء ويوجد رطوبه شديده اعتقد سوء تخزين مع السفر ولكن كحت منه ووضعت في ماء ذو مفعول جيد ولكن ال باكدج وضعه لا يمس للصوره
