No. According to google LR754 batteries are thicker and higher voltage. These are size 13 hearing aid batteries...

The quick answer is don't think more means cheaper, work it out per item as you have , also check use by dates, lots of old batteries out there.offered cheaper before they go best deforestation date rember the old rules, if it sounds to good to be true...it probably isn't. I used them in my pinsentry machine for on-line banking. There's a little screw in the back of the plastic cover which gives you access to the battery compartment. Just pop the old ones out and the new ones in.
