Great product, really does the job well. Keeps tea nicely hot and fits my 4 cup globe shaped teapot very well. Would fit a larger pot if it was taller rather than wider., but would maybe a tight fit on a larger globe type teapot. Edited to add that now about 5-6 weeks after purchase the inner lining is disintegrating for some reason.

Great cosy for the money but, a BIG BUT! The polythene like material coating which covers the polyester like filling that makes up the interior cosy lining appears to have disintegrated or perished a bit like polythene exposed to sunlight for a long time and much like an earlier post (see below). But I'm still buying another today! cos it's still the best cosy we've ever had. Size guide 30cm. / 12" flat width, 2.5 mug size pot btw.. eg. Earlier post by By Missismac on 23 June 2016. The lining of mine appeared to have melted after a very short time..disintegrated anyway. The outside looked quite smart though..see photos I posted previously .

The tea cosy works very well, perfect fit for my somewhat odd shaped tea pot. I do on occasions have a cup of tea, (cup and saucer) if I am having tea I enjoy to do it properly 😀, (personal preference). However the biggest use of My tea pot is for warm water and fresh lemon and with this, said tea cosy has worked very well holding a good temperature for over an hour which I was surprised by very happy with purchase. Looks better in person compared with the pictures on site but come on its a tea cosy it's designed for a purpose to keep your liquids warm and that indeed it does, so for me the look is not the most important thing. The price was very good and delivery excellent, arrived the next day. All in all looks good and does its job which is better than the government running the country right now so winning 🤣. I would buy from company again.

I've given this review 5 stars....just because I want other people to read it. In reality I only wanted to give these tea cosy's 2 stars. Ok, our Kitchen units are: ivory with black worktops. So I naturally thought to myself wouldn't it be nice to have matching 'black' tea cosy's....instead of the usual multi-coloured floral ones. And yes these Stellar black tea cosy's do fill that part of the brief. But (and this is a BIG but) they are really bad at keeping your teapot hot. They are just way too thin with the padding compared with the traditional ones. Granted, they look 'great'....but they just don't do the job that they were meant for. So sadly I think that I may have to buy a small packet of black fabric dye and 'dye' my normal (well padded) tea cosy's black instead. Because I can't see myself using these Stellar black ones for long. Just thought I'd mention that to you. Thanks!

Nice , expensive dont keep tea warm for long

A neat black tea cosy that will fit most sizes of kettles. It's a bit snug because of the newness but after a wash it should loosen up a bit. It's a nice change to buy something that hasn't got frolicking lambs or flowers all over it. A nice contempory design without fuss.

This is a great product at a reasonable price

works perfectly and the plain black cover doesn't get me goofed on at work where I appreciate a hot pot of tea through the afternoon! My only comment is this tea cozy fits a small to medium size "Brown Betty" teapot (see photo); it will NOT fit over a larger teapot or carafe.

I became aware of these products whilst living in England, and often wondered if one could be found in France, It then occurred to me that I might find it on Amazon. In all respects it is perfect. You have confused someone else's order with mine: I have not ordered nor received any books by Mark Sennen, nor of Mark Twain.

My husband drinks a lot of green tea and makes it in one of those plastic steepers from Teavana. He re-uses it periodically throughout the day, and I'm sick of seeing that tea-stained thing full of wet tea leaves on the kitchen counter. I had the idea of using a tea cosy to cover it up when not in use and this works great. I was happy to find a black one to blend in with our blue pearl granite countertops. A tea cosy works perfectly for this purpose because it stands up on its own, and all he has to do is grab the little loop on the top and pop it over the steeper when he's finished, so he actually does it.

Wir benutzen den Teewärmer in unserem Wohnmobil. Vielleicht 30x im Jahr. Nach etwa 3 Jahren löst sich das Innenfutter auf. Jetzt ist es so schlimm, daß ständig weiße Flocken im Wohnmobil rum fliegen. Nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
