Nice cutter...odd dimensions
Good set of snips.. I ordered the 160mm size..170mm from bottom of handle to the tip which isn't the end of the world but I would have preferred the extra 10mm on the cutting blades instead of the handle... cutting blades are 22mm which is fine for snipping copper but you might struggle to cut anything bigger than, sheathed 3 core n earth 1mm off the reel in one snip... but 2 snips only takes 1 sec so not a major issue....

Solid side cutters, sharp durable comfy and easy moving.The price may be on the higher side but you pay for what you get! Great build quality and will last you a lifetime of proper use.With kit like this I swear by knipex, there hand tools are second to none and it’s well worth the initial investment

Saved a life and make my job easier.
If you didn't know, Knipex is a great name in tools, its one of the only brands I use. I needed some new side cutters at work and saw with prime I'd get them next day, great! So they came as expected and they were great, if you need some sidecutters I would say you can't go wrong with these, they are a good size and do a good job.Now these are insulated and I can review that these will save your life. A coworker of course saw my nice clean new sidecutters picked up a cable from my desk, that cable just happened to be the heatgun that was plugged in and boom, the electrics tripped the workshop went dark. So I bought another pair. If you can see on the picture the cutters on the right have a small hole, this was the result of that cut. Thankfully everyone was ok so if you are silly enough or just make the mistake of cutting through a live cable you should be ok. The pair on the left are the new and what you can expect to get from Amazon.

Der kNIPEX Seitenschneider VDE-geprüft 160mm verchromt u. isolierthat einen billig Seitenschneider bei dem die Schneide abbrach ersetzt. Dieser Seitenschneider hat sich bis jetzt bewährt er ist handlich undhat gute Schneiden.
