I bought this item as I've been having back issues in the morning. I'm a side-sleeper and have been seeing articles about how side-sleepers are hurting their back while they sleep. So I investigated the issue and thought I would try this pillow. I have to say, it does work for my back, I no longer wake up with an achy back. However, while the foam is firm, the contoured shape takes getting use to. It's larger than I expected, however, it's light weight. I have tried it with and without using the strap and I find that using the strap does keep it somewhat in place. It's doing it's job for my back, but a small bit uncomfortable for my knees. I think in time when the foam molds to my body a little, it will become more comfortable. I will continue to use this pillow as it does help.

Great support! I was in terrible pain for weeks! Eased my pain in my hips the first night! After 3 nights, I stopped taking medicine to relieve the pain. It is comfortable to sleep with I highly recommend it!

This pillow does help a little with my back when I sleep, but unfortunately it doesn’t help nearly as much as a similar pillow I had before. With my previous pillow, I could really tell a difference in how my back felt. This one gives me some support and some relief, just not as much as I was hoping for. It’s not a bad pillow, but based on my experience with a similar one that worked much better for me, I can only give this one three stars

10/10 the best thing I could’ve done for my hips! I cosleep following the Safe Sleep 7, and sleeping in a c-curl all night was really starting to wear on my hips. I would wake up aching in pain. Two nights of sleep with this and I feel like a whole new person in the mornings. I was using a regular pillow and it was so hard to flip from side to side and it took up so much space. This pillow is the perfect size! It fits comfortably between my thighs or lower between my knees. I’m able to flip side to side without having to move or adjust it thanks to the strap. I love that the strap isn’t velcro so I don’t have to worry about it scratching up my bedding. It’s so soft and comfortable even against bare skin. It inflated very quickly. It did have a slight smell to it but it’s already fading. It smelled no different than any of the other pillows from this material I’ve gotten from big box stores. I seriously wish I would’ve found this sooner. It’s worth every single penny!

This pillow is exactly what I was looking for. I’m also very pleased with the quality, and comfort of this leg/knee pillow.

I wish I had this my first pregnancy, it has been a game changer. My hips aren’t killing me, I can actually sleep. The thickness is perfect, the material isn’t too hot and I’m a hot sleeper, my back feels better. It stays in place due to the strap. I love this thing!!

Me gusta mucho que traiga una listón para asegurar el cojín entre las piernas y así no se cae ni se mueve, aunque uno cambie de posición. El cojín es muy útil para dormir de lado y descomprimir las vértebras. Verdaderamente uno descansa al usarlo cuando uno está recostado.
