So far so good
It appears to protect my hair so far. It keeps the heat out more than any other cotton hat. It's light and comfortable.

Real wool that protects from heat
One of the best wool sauna hats on amazon! All the other listings are misleading due to not being 100% wool but rather fibers! P.S. DO NOT WASH THIS HAT, other negative reviews claim falling apart, and yes its 100% when its wet its fragile you need properly take care of it, my original one also has a fee holes because of improper treatment!

Not a fan of white brim.
The white brim seems a little too much like lace. Thinking the product would be better with a simple seam. Outside of that, it would be a 5.

Use every day
Love this hat for the sauna. Not only does it help the effects of using the sauna but it protects my hair and head from the hot walls when sitting against them. I always tuck my hair in so I can sit back and rest my head without burning my hair. It fits just fine , a bit oversized. Not itchy or uncomfy. Barely notice I have it on.

Already Ripping at the seam after 40 days
Update: the whole thing is falling apart, absolutely awful product sub-60 days. Do not buy. I bought a sauna and got this wool hat to protect the head. The sauna has had daily use for 40 days and I’ve been using it and this hat every day. The hat is already ripping at the seam with a golf ball sized hold on that seam. It’s not as if I’m doing anything other than sitting with the hat on, the thread is just ripping from the heat.

Helps last longer in the sauna
Awesome product, feels awesome, keep the head cool. I could last easily 30 min, like advised by Bryan Johnson, which was very difficult to do before without the hat.

Average “construction” but should still be effective
I know it’s just a hat for wearing in the sauna, but the quality of construction isn’t great (def not what is reflected in the photos). Stitching/seams pretty average. Hopefully it does the job for the sauna nonetheless! Shipping pretty quick from US to Australia.
