do they have a good arch support?

Honestly I love the Sperry boat shoe and they are one of the few flat shoes I can wear because of the support they provide. I have a high arch and a good comfortable shoe is hard to find. I have a few pairs and they are practical and look good I think.

Is this shoe no slip?

No it doesn’t but it does come farther up on top of foot which I wanted but feels different than the lower top sperry
