Greater Goods products have the best unboxing experience, you feel like youāre opening a very high end gift. Recommend without reservation. This item is top quality. I love that it came with a no float rack to keep food organized. I also appreciate the neoprene insulation sleeve; ensuring constant and stable temperature. The perfect fit lid protects against evaporation, keeping the water at a constant level. It works great and is plenty big for cooking larger items. This is a top quality product and is compatible with all wand-style sous vide machines.

Very satisfied. Works with Anova Nano 2.o as well
Killer product. Well designed, does exactly what it is designed to do, and works well with my Anova Nano 2.o cooker as well. Really happy with it and excited to use it more. I had issues with keeping sous vide bath warm enough in my large home pot, especially when cooking vegetables at a higher temp. I often needed to wrap everything with tin foil to try and isolate it enough to raise the temp. The silicone sleeve on this container is a game changer for higher-temp sous vide needs, and folds and stores easily inside when I throw it in my butler pantry.

Compact and Efficient Sous Vide Setup
This kit is perfect for smaller batches. The stainless rack and sleeve help maintain temperature, and the lid prevents evaporation. Great quality and easy to clean!

Awesome sou vide container
It does exactly what it says it does. It keeps your countertop from melting from the heat of the sou vide. The lid keeps moisture from evaporating, and the grate keep the bags in place. I definitely recommend this.

Sous Vide Steak and Yogurt maker
Works fine, I can make 1 gallon of yogurt. 4 quart jars. I wish it was a little bigger to hold 6 quarts. The plastic is thin and Iām concerned about breaking the top cover. Not bad though It makes a great steak 1.5 inch steak at 136 degrees for 1.5 hours. Then put steak in hot frying pan and just sear each side for 3 minutes. Frying pan must be hot. Donāt cook it just sear it. Yum

Perfect fit for my sous vide
I am so glad I bought this. Perfect fit for my greater goods sous vide. So much easier than with a pot. Love the rack and the temperature maintenance sleeve. I havenāt used it yet but I think it will streamline the sous vide process.
