I don’t have much to tell you about this fan. The fan works wonderful I’m very happy with it especially the night mode. I bought this used. It said very good but it wasn’t very good looking it was scratched up all over. So I called Amazon Customer Service and explained to them that because it was diagnosed as used in good condition. I expected better. Amazon asked me what would make me happy. I said I need to have more of a discount they gave it to me. So this is gonna be a review mostly on Amazon customer service. In all honesty I have not had better customer service from any company I’ve ever worked With so I’m telling you, Amazon you are only as good as your staff and you have a great staff. So going back to the fan it’s a very quiet fan. I’ve never had a problem with it not starting osculation is perfect. Speed settings are perfect. Very very happy with the fan and the Discount. Thank you.

I bought this fan in June of 2025 and I have been using it religiously for the past year. I came back to find it so I could buy another for the guest room and decided to give a review while Im at it. Its very quiet and the power has not diminished. I sleep with it right by my head and when i use the lower or natural settings it always makes me think of falling asleep at sunset at the beach. Its like a perfect breeze. When I use the higher settings its pretty powerful and still doesnt make much sound. Im also really happy it has a remote because I have it elevated a little and having to reach on top of it to adjust the settings at night is a chore.

Very good fan. I only used it for the noise while I sleep and it's great! I love how customizable it is/how many settings it has. The only issue I have is I don't like the remote, it's very hard to get it working like you have to have it aimed at a specific spot for it work so it's a nightmare to use.

The base is a flimsy plastic that wobbles a bit when it oscillates. I don't expect it to be durable. The product is significantly smaller than you'd expect. Yes, it is 30" tall, but only 16 of those inches actually produce wind (from 9" to 25" above the ground). The airflow is fine. The worst part is the SOUND. It beeps like a fire alarm every time you press a button (one beep per press, but LOUD). It has a built-in timer, but IT BEEPS WHEN IT TURNS ITSELF OFF! Why would anybody want that? The product is specifically advertised to help people sleep. The entire point of the timer is to fall asleep with it on. Nobody wants to wake up in the middle of the night to the sound of their fan screeching "DONE". There is no way to turn that feature off. I would take it apart and physically remove the beeper, but it is designed to not be openable without destroying the body. Whoever designed this deserves a lifetime ban from engineering. Amazon needs to remove this product for falsely advertising it as quiet.

Good size, very functional; it puts out a lot of air, and you can program it to turn off after 1, 2, or 4 hours.

There's a lot I like about this fan: I like the height (32"). I have the fan placed between 2 recliners. I can feel the breeze not only oscillating over my feet but over the arm rest to my body. Also, persons sitting on the couch, approx 8 feet away, also feel the breeze. It's easily cooling my LR which is 16x20. I believe it could cool a larger space too. I like the slim profile & completely black color. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. It blends into the room very well. It's lightweight & has a built in handle grip making it easy to move from room to room if need be. Its very sturdy & stands level so it stays put. No vibration or wobbling while it runs. It's super quiet, even on high. It has several run time options to make it cool just how U'd like. It has a timer so if U forget to turn it off when U leave the house or go to bed, it won't run continuously. I like to set on LOW & OSCILLATE for the perfect breeze along with my A/C. Keeps me feeling cool! Unboxing was easy with not much inner packaging causing a mess. The 2 piece base was easy to assemble & screw into place. It uses a normal household plug-in, so no problem there. The price is great on a budget. Only con: The remote control must be pointed directly toward the front of the fan controls in order to control the fan. If it's at a distance or oscillating, it's not effective. Since my previous fan did not have a remote, I'm used to powering on/off & setting cooling levels when I'm ready to use the fan. I've had this fan for only a few days. So far, so good. Should any problems arise, I'll be sure to update. I've recommended this fan to my son as his bedroom fan.

Totally agree with previous reviewer. The plug is non compatible for UK use - so why sell it in UK??? Mine will be going back. The description is totally misleading, I couldn’t find anywhere that talked about plugs / where it can be used. Very disappointed especially as I waited 2 weeks after original delivery date.

The plug is not compatible for the UK UK plug adapter would make it physically fit, but it would feed 230 V into a fan designed for 120 V. That could destroy the fan and create a fire/electric-shock hazard. You have two sensible options: 1. Return/exchange the fan — my strong recommendation. Get a UK 230–240 V version instead. This is by far the simplest and safest solution. 2. Use a suitable step-down transformer. You’d need a transformer that converts 230 V → 120 V, with an output suitable for the fan. Since the fan is only 45 W, a transformer rated comfortably above 45 W would be appropriate. The fan would still be designed for 60 Hz, however, whereas UK mains is 50 Hz, so I wouldn’t recommend this as a permanent solution without confirmation from the manufacturer that the fan is suitable for 50 Hz operation. What made it even worse is that I had to pay for postage to return the fan

If you live in the UK DO NOT BUY, plug is not suitable, you have to send it back and you have to pay for postage and packaging. Product information needs to make this information stand out, its disgusting that we in the UK are not told about this. We thought an adapter plug would sort the problem. DO NOT BUY if in the UK

Not compatible with UK - 120V only (and non-UK plug, but could cope with that if it was a dual voltage device). That wasn't clear when placing the order, though there's now lots of reviews saying this!
