Brilliant tool I am renovating an old stone farmhouse where there are few straight floors or walls to take vertical/horizontal lines from I have used the laser in a couple of other applications where I needed to find a straight line e.g. putting cupboards up in an awkward place & trying to hold the cupboard pencil spirit level was impossible I used the tool to find the straight line. (I know there are specific lasers for this but I don't have one).The Bosch pedigree speaks for itself, wish I'd had one of these years ago!It arrived very quickly and was packaged appropriately.

did as advertised , well worth the money
needed this for giving lines for laying flooring in a non square room and it worked greatlaser was bit dull with the lights on so had to switch a couple off to mark out floor but worked great

OK BUT
This tile laser is ok, but you still have to use the spirit level to line everything up. You may as well use the more conventional method of a spirit level and marker instead. If you want to use it for wall papering or tiling on the wall, it has to be screwed to the wall in its wall plate. I think this is earlier technology from Bosch, which has been overtaken by their self leveling lasers. I returned the PLT 2 Tile Laser and bought a Bosch self leveling laser instead.
