Can I reverse this so that it will draw air into a room?

Reversing the wiring won't make the fan spin the other way, that isn't how electric motors work. If you mount the fan at the "outside" end of the ducting that would draw air in but I 'd be very wary of exposure of the fan to the elements as rain could short it out and be extremely dangerous. If you want to draw air in you could use an in-line fan in your ducting - care which way round you mount it to ensure the flow goes the right way! Why do you want to draw air in? Natural ventilation might be better. If in doubt consult a professional, qualified electrician and/or a specialist in ventilation.

Question 3

The fitment in the ceiling has three wires, how can I fit my new one with only two wires?

You should hopefully find that the cable in the ceiling has three wires which are -
Neutral
Live that is permanently on
Live that is on only when the light is switched on
There are three connections in the fan for these. 
Light is switched on, fan comes on.
Light is switched off, so the run-on timer starts timing but the motor still runs because it has the permanent live.  After the time set, the timer turns off the motor.

If you only have one live and a neutral, the timer function would not work.

Question 4

Can this be used with a wall switch? So I can turn it on and off like a lightswitch?

The simple answer is yes, I have ours wired into the light switch so when you switch on the light the fan comes on too. You could also set it up so it had it's own separate switch, independent of the light. However, I understand that, the law dictates that if you are not simply replacing an existing unit all electrical work should be carried out by or certified by a qualified electrician which would make sense bearing in mind how dangerous poor electrical installation could be.
